What markets do you access for non-admitted placements? +
We access US surplus lines markets (Lloyd's of London, E&S carriers), international specialty carriers, and a network of fronting partners in regulated markets like India, Japan, UAE, Brazil, and the EU. We match the structure to what the jurisdiction actually requires.
How do fronting arrangements work for countries like India or Japan? +
In markets that prohibit cross-border insurance, we partner with locally licensed carriers who issue the policy locally — the "front." The risk is then reinsured back to the client's global program. Employees are covered under a locally compliant policy, while the employer maintains one unified program structure.
What's the minimum group size you'll quote? +
We have no hard minimum. We've placed groups with 5 employees across 8 countries and groups with 2,000+ lives. Small, globally distributed groups are often our sweet spot — too small for multinational pooling programs but too complex for standard group carriers.
How is broker compensation structured? +
All broker compensation is disclosed upfront in every proposal. We pay standard wholesale commissions and are open to fee-based arrangements for complex custom placements. Your margin is protected — we never negotiate around you or undercut your position with the client.
